Journey to Excellence workshops are facilitated by Nina Mapili, often with the assistance of a second facilitator from the SADC region. Ms Mapili developed and manages the SAFRI HRD Project, and created the Journey to Excellence program. She has organised, initiated and facilitated workshops and other events in 10 southern African countries. She is an EFQM European Award Assessor, and her company is a consultant member of EFQM.
